Breakin’ records. Read through the Guinness Book of World Records together, and find something the two of you could potentially achieve as a couple and then do it together.
Have a coupon date. Only eat or do activities you have coupons for.
Treasure hunting. Head to the ATM and get out $10-$20. Drive around to some local yard sales and see what you end up with! There are tons on the weekends!
Have a “crazy dinner.” Each person gets $5 (or whatever amount you decide) to spend on any food item at the grocery store for dinner. Come home and prepare your meal! You might end up with some random food!
Get a pint of ice cream, hang up twinkle lights on the patio, and enjoy your ice cream outside together in the evening
Make s’mores over candlelight.
Bring your camera and take photos together at the tourist spots around town.
Re-watch the first movie you watched together.
Take a class together. Sign up to learn something neither of you knows how to do. Community schools generally offer a lot of options for classes you can take in eight-week sessions, from cooking to karate.
