2. Description of Service

DateNightJar is an AI-powered date planning tool that generates personalized date ideas based on your preferences. The Service includes date idea generation, a personal “jar” for saving favorites, and subscription management.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted

4. Free and Paid Plans

DateNightJar offers a free tier with limited daily usage and a paid Pro plan with increased limits. Details are available on our Pricing page.

  • Free plan: 5 AI-generated date ideas per day
  • Pro plan: 50 AI-generated date ideas per day at $9.99/month
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Submit malicious, abusive, or harmful content through the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service without authorization
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

6. AI-Generated Content

Date ideas are generated by AI and are provided for entertainment and planning purposes only. DateNightJar does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of suggested activities, venues, or cost estimates. You are responsible for verifying details and exercising personal judgment before acting on any suggestion.

7. Intellectual Property

The DateNightJar brand, design, and underlying technology are owned by DateNightJar. AI-generated date ideas you receive are yours to use personally. You may not claim copyright over AI-generated content or use it to build a competing service.

8. Limitation of Liability

DateNightJar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your saved data will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
